Appointment Times

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment time.

Cancellation Policy

We understand occasionally it is necessary to change or cancel an appointment. However, we do request you provide 24 hours notice prior to your booked treatment so we can refill your appointment time. No show customers will be noted. After 3 no shows full payment is required before a booking is made.

Children

We aim to meet the expectations of a relaxing environment and also to comply with current health and safety regulations, so we request that children and babies are not brought into the salon. 

Deposits

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in according to the Cancellation Policy.

Gift Cards

Available to use for treatments. Gift Cards are non-refundable and must be produced before your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Our team of professionals will be happy to assist you if you need advice. 

Late Arrivals

Please be aware if you are late for your appointment we may need to reduce your treatment time. Very late arrival may mean your treatment will need to be rescheduled.

Mobile Phones

We ask that all handheld electronics are turned off for the relaxation of all clients.

Online Bookings

You can book your appointments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Book your preferred day, time, treatment and therapist via our website.

Payment

Cash and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Cheques are not accepted.

Products

To carry on the results of your salon treatment, your therapist will advise you of the most effective after-care regime to use at home. We stock a range of retail products, which are available at the reception.

Referral Cards

Recommend your friends and family and receive £10 to spend in the salon. Referral Cards are available from reception. Please ask a member of staff to explain how they work. (This excludes new clients presenting Gift Cards).

Loyalty Rewards

We would like to thank you for your loyalty and custom by offering you rewards and discounts, please speak to a professional in-store for a Loyalty Card. 5th visit you receive 25% off, 10th visit receives 50% off on all services £50 and under. Our reward scheme is only available on full price treatments and excludes all offers.

Special Considerations

Please notify staff if you are pregnant or have any special medical considerations, as some of our treatments may not be suitable for you. We will be happy to discuss your special requirements and advice you on the right treatments for you.

Student Discount

We currently do not offer student discounts.

Treatment Prices

Our treatment prices can change without notice and all treatments are subject to availability.
